Actividades:
Responsable de la elaboración de alimentos de acuerdo al menú
Aplicar y garantizar el apego a los estándares establecidos en materia de manipulación higiénica de alimentos (NOM-251/Distintivo H).
Sustituir/apoyar al equipo de cocineros en los procesos de elaboración de alimentos.
Monitorear la regulación de temperaturas en hornos, parrillas, etc. para garantizar que los alimentos entren en proceso de cocción, según aplique.
Asignar las actividades correspondientes en las diferentes áreas
Aplicación de técnicas culinarias
