Program Manager is responsible for driving the success of New Product Development, value engineering, key business initiatives, and process improvement activities. He/she will lead multi-location, cross functional teams using a structured development process.
Works closely with Product Managers and Program Management Office Leadership to establish and prioritize a portfolio of programs, initiatives’ objectives, scope/requirements, dependencies, resource needs as well as success metrics for each.
