Position Customer Service Rep Description This role is responsible for receiving inbound calls from people looking to apply for, seek information, or update on their application for the emergency renter’s assistance program. This position needs to be able to express empathy, acknowledge the callers concerns and follow with a genuine willingness to assist. Practice active listening and follow the provided scripts and adapt, when needed, to ensure all doubts are addressed.
