The Systems & Network Tech Specialist is mainly responsible for IT on the users environment. Executes tasks to improve and Support the environment of Desk PCs and laptops, provides specialized services about (supporting media on meetings, root cause analysis, requests from users), and provides services and IT facilities (security systems, printers, copiers).
