What will you be doing?
Conducting consultative sales, understanding the needs and realities of potential clients.
Leading a team that is expected to grow significantly in the coming years.
Owning all Mexican metrics, including ARR, CAC, LTV, and Gross Margin.
Co-defining the R&D development roadmap for Mexico in collaboration with the product team, based on customer feedback.
Leading the entire GTM (Go-to-Market) team, including Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Support.
Reporting directly to the CEO and being responsible for defining the strategy of Toku Mexico.
