OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO: Brindar apoyo al área de operaciones brindando asistencia, seguimiento, registro y control de horas en sistema ERP, revisión de horarios.
FUNCIONES:
• Redactar, revisar y corregir documentos tales como memorandos, cartas, informes administrativos y técnicos, actas, cuadros, gráficos, presentaciones, entre otros.
• Alimentar y manejar bases de datos o páginas web requeridas, con el fin de facilitar información precisa y oportuna, cuando así se le solicite.
